Toz Centra aluminum Fore-End?

Anyone know of a reliable vendor selling this item? (TOZ CENTRA ALUMINUM FOR-END). I E-mailed the people at Edinkillie sports but got no reply. I then called and they agreed to return my call with an answer as to availability of the product and shipping procedures. That was three days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. I guess I have to look for another vendor. Any other options?
