ANSCHUTZ is very proud that MATTHEW EMMONS from the United States won the Gold medal in the 60 shot prone competition with his ANSCHUTZ target rifle in cal. .22 l.r.

MICHAEL ANTI from the United States won the Silver medal in the 3 x 40 shot (three position) competition, also with an ANSCHUTZ target rifle.

Matthew Emmons lost his second Gold medal in the 3 x 40 shot competition to Zhanbo Jia from China who also used an ANSCHUTZ target rifle because Matthew unfortunately shot on a wrong target with his last shot.

We are very proud and congratulate Matthew and Michael to their outstanding success at the Olympic Games in Athens which they have gained for themselves and for the United States with their ANSCHUTZ target rifles.
