Modifying air rifle forend

The forends of air rifles are more or less flat. Using V-shaped forend would allow better comfort in between-the-fingers support (where the stock lies between the index and middle fingers, and supported by the thumb). However, according to the rules, the forend of an air rifle must not be anatomically formed - does that include a V-shaped variant?
