I just installed the SKU# MEC 200 (the basic extension tube) this weekend on my FWB 700 and I am looking forward to trying it out this week. I'll let you know how it works out.
My first impression are that it is well made and easy to install, although lining up the sight so that it is parallel to the ground can be a bit tricky.
The tube and the weights do make the barrel feel heavier / more stable but I haven’t put any pellets through it yet so I can’t comment on the noise level or the recoil yet.
I have found that the target seems a lot smaller in the rear sight iris, although this is probably a combination of a new sight riser moving the sight back and closer to my eye.
