front sight screw, size thread

my airrifles front sight has a M18 screw (to fix the insert)
can any other owners of guns with M18 screw, tell me what size thread
they have on it?

Hi:
I believe that the thread pitch is M18 X 0.5 mm. This thread pitch was used on the older 18mm Feinwerkbau front sights and on the Anschutz front sights.
