Same problem we have in Sweden. Only it's not just one range. The law as it stands now prohibits lead bullets from 2008 unless you shoot them into something from where they can be recovered.
Bullet traps are a possibility, so lead cartridges as such won't be banned, but for field target that's not even an option.

Non-lead sinkers have been available a couple of years and lead is prohibited in some lakes. I don't know if a total ban is coming.
