Do you use a mantra to help relax?

Hi all,
It is rapidly dawning on me that 10m pistol is effectively a meditation activity while firing a gun. Best scores appear to go to the most zen'd out/relaxed individuals. Obviously they have their sights aligned and perfect trigger pull.
While I use the words 'sights' and 'trigger' to keep the squirrels of my mind at bay, my shots, I think, are better for repeating this mantra.
Does anyone have any particular thing they do or say to themselves to relax them to get into a particular state of mind?

Between shots I count my breaths. During my shot process, I have a few single-word reminders. Before my shot, I'll think "balance" to get my center of gravity in the right spot, then say "grip" to make sure that I have the right amount of pressure on the grip, then say "trigger" to feel where my finger is on the trigger to ensure it's in the correct spot. Once I lift, I say "front sight" to ensure I am not distracted by the target.

I have a few single-word reminders . . .
I have a few choice "single-word reminders" too, especially during Finals.
For example:
1.
[redacted]
2.
[redacted]
3.
[redacted] you!
4. Son-of-a-
[redacted]
5. Mother
[redacted]-er . . .
That's what ear-pro is for . . . .

Doesn't sound like you use the relaxed approach to pistol shooting. What do you do to ensure that 10.9?
