Steyr LP2 - trigger blade change

Hi!
I recently bought a new Steyr LP2 which I really like. The only problem I have is the trigger blade and I want to change it to an original Steyr Vario Trigger. Unfortunately, I have a problem with removing the old trigger. Even if I remove the mounting screws, I can't get trigger blade off (slide it off) because it interferes with the body of the gun. Do you know a way to do it correctly?

It depends on how your trigger is setup.
If the bar that it attaches to doesn't move much it may be difficult to remove.
Loosen and remove the screw on the trigger. Press the trigger and hold the bar at that position, and then try to remove it.
If it's not enough, loosen the trigger stop to let the bar move a bit more.
The trigger has a slot that should have enough give to get it out.
Should be enough to get it out.
Oh, and don't baby it. It does come out.
Hope this helps

Thank you! There was no need to adjust the trigger stop. I have stopped worrying about it (as you advised), I use more force and took it off straight away.
