Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for cutting a shooting jacket for wheelchair use?

I bought a Champions Choice jacket and will need to shorten it to comply with WSPS/Move United rules but am curious if anyone can save me from making a mistake before we cut it up. I shoot SH1 if that helps.
