I've seen a few Asian shooters using two lens glasses like these ones (the first one has a rail for adding extras):
Do you know of brands and models that are like these?
I like the idea of having a lot of glass, not to have to worry about the lens moving out of place, and to be able to read with my non shooting eye (the lock's combination get really hard to read as my eyesight evolves).
PS: I use Champion Olympic glasses and old pairs of reading glasses that I have laying around.
Thanks!

Re: Two lens shooting glasses
I am not sure about the first photo but the second one looks to be Knobloch K5 glasses.

You can see them used in Rapid Fire, Shotgun, etc.
I have a set but still use my standard Knoblochs for precision events. This is due to an astigmatism. If you don't need the lens in a specific spot then the K5's should work well.
They have an attachment available for an iris if you need it too.

Re: Two lens shooting glasses
I added a left eye glass to my champion frames. There are simpler less adjustable holders. I find this a lot less jarring during breaks and also hope that the better peripheral vision with both eyes might help slightly with balance.
