It is eley made. I have 2 cases with the same lot number, the case I've shot shoots very well. I shot it through my cz 457 and Kimber 82G and it is under 0.5 at 50 and I think I got .75 in groups at 100 with it. However, I am a pistol shooter and it doesn't work well in my Matchgun MG2. I've shot it through my Ruger mk2 and my marvel conversion and it is flawless. My MG doesn't like it and that's why I'm selling one case. Will keep the other opened case for rifle
