Shooting glasses lens

I’m looking to buy a pair of shooting glasses but I’m not sure what kind of lense i need for them. Should i just get whatever I am using now for my standard glasses?
My current prescriptions is -2.75 SPH -0.5 CYL and 5 Axis, I’m shooting 10m and 25m pistol.

The standard starting point is to get +0.75 diopter boost on the lens for your aiming eye. That brings your relaxed focus closer to your front sight.
Depending on the brand of glasses, you can also the boost lens as a clip-on. That allows you to experiment with the amount of boost you like, and it may be different for the two distances. I have the Brillen Champion glasses, and I have a selection of clip-on booster lenses.
It may be better now with computerized lens grinding machines, but it used to be that the tolerances on normal lenses was +/- 0.25D. Getting new lenses was a bit of an adventure.

By +0.75 do you mean i should get -2 or -3.5?

The negative correction is because you are nearsighted. Your normal prescription corrects that so your relaxed focus is at infinity. You need to undo that a bit to bring your focus back closer, so you want -2.0D.

Your eye doctor should be able to help you get the correct prescription. Measure the distance between your eye and the front sight during your hold, then do an eye test from that distance. That is the prescription you need for that lens.
My contact lens prescription for my dominant eye is -2.00 and my prescription for my shooting lens is -1.00.
