Are the Olympic tryout 1st round scores from Ft. Moore posted anywhere on-line?

That link has old info and incomplete results

You would think that after 20 years USAS would get their match reporting results in line. It is always late - rush, rush, rush at the end of the match and things get skipped.

The USAS staff have the results and the next day's start lists shortly after the match each day. Their failure to post these items is not the fault of the volunteer staff that is producing these documents.

Just wanted to make that clear.

I was surprised to see how badly the Finals quashed some top scorers.

Doesn't surprise me as much. Finals ratchet the stakes up considerably. I'm used to shooting muzzleloading events that are 10 or 13 shots...and at a National or World Championship, those dozen shots are the difference between being a chump, or a champ.

It would probably be worthwhile to add simulated finals to the training regimen.

I think you're right about training stress.

Back in the day, we used to play with 'one shot matches". You ante'd up a buck and the 1st "11" or high score took the pot. You tried harder when your beer money was disappearing. Not really different from "Finals".
