In the past 6 months I tried on more than one occasion to contact him about a product with no response from Neal. I've had much better results via Dave with Sport Shooting Depot.

I wasn't clear. I have called several times and have not heard back from him.

Received the compact Walther slimline air cylinder today from Dave at Sport Shooting Depot one week after ordering it. Excellent price and service. Changes the balance enough that my aging body can better stabilize the air pistol.
