Toz 35 broken sear lever.

During a competition, my Toz 35 stopped firing.
When I took it apart, I found this small piece of metal that had fallen from inside the firing pin block.
The final piece of the sear lever has broken, so when it clicks the hammer is no longer able to release the firing pin.
I have never seen this piece break, and I have no idea where to find it as a replacement.
I have browsed a bit between the various sites online and have not found it.
Wonder if anyone had the same problem and how he solved it.
Thank you.

A Laser welder is your friend.
I have used them in the past for broken slides or other parts ie. hammers and sears.
You can build up the surface with a Laser welder without overheating the part, then grind to shape.
Try local jewelers as some use Laser welders.

I agree with laser welding BUT don't identify it as a gun part unless asked. Many excellent craftsmen in the watch repair industry wont do the work if you tell them its for your pistol, instead operating on a dont ask dont tell model. Dont lie, but don't offer it up either, they know what they are looking at.

Thank you very much for the advice, I was not familiar with this technology.
I found a shop in my city that advertises eyewear, jewelry and dental prosthesis repairs with laser welding technology; looks promising, as soon as I bring him the pieces I will show you the result.
I guess I should take the two pieces apart anyway, I hope the pins are not too hard to pull away.

All those pins are staked in place. They will fight you. Very hard...
Take the firing pin, spring and locking screw out with it's spring (L shaped).
Leave the rest alone unless its necessary for the repair.

Hope you get it fixed!

I’m not in my shop at the moment, but I might have one.

OK, I have one. This one does not have the post stud on it. I looked and see a few firing pin blocks with and some without the stud. It must have been added for a let model. looks to limit lever movement. But it will work for you.
