Pardini Smallbore Rifles

Post by mtrickett »

Looking for opinions on the new Pardini Smallbore rifles for an advanced junior. If parts are needed are they available?, are they compatible with mec products and others. I am familiar with their pistols that I really like, but not with the rifles, so any info is welcome.

Pardini's own social media plugs show the FR22 with a MEC handstop. I'd be surprised if you couldn't fit a MEC buttplate too. I think it's a Tec-Hro that Pardini supply, rather than an in-house proprietary design, which suggests you have options.

In terms of spare parts, it's never a bad idea to have a spare spring or firing pin. The dealer should be able to source these for you. If the barrel clamp bolts aren't a common metric size (like Anschutz 54s which use the less common 0.75mm fine thread pitch), a few of these won't hurt.

Look at old posts of mine as I was searching for info on the fr22 which I will be receiving in March. Pardini usa and canada have been pretty accessible for me.
