if someone is considering a carbon fiber tube, you might want to look at the Turbo carbon fiber from DiOrio. I have and use Starik tubes, recently got a Turbo and the quality and construction of the tuner/tube is considerably better with the Turbo, and you can actually talk with Anthony the owner. I wanted a nice "fit" between the collar and barrel, measured barrel diameter with a micrometer, and Anthony delivered. The carbon tube is a higher quality, and the rail is attached to the tube in a much more secure and dependable fashion. Like almost everything, you get what you pay for, the Turbo in the end is a bargain.
