Replacement Recoil Springs

Hello All,
Thanks for having me in the group. I collect target pistols from the 60’s on but mainly 60’s to 80’s, as I’m in the UK this is a bit different as the guns are stored and can be used only at a licensed range, but i do shoot all of them as time allows.
The most common recommendation I see when the group is talking about older rf pistols is to get the recoil springs changed. Now in a lot of cases these pistols are not in production any more and spares are non existent or on another continent.
So my question is does anyone have any information on what standards / ratings these types of springs are made to? At least with this a spring could be made to order.
Pistols I have so far are Hammerli Olympia’s x3 , Hammerli 210, 212, 215, 208, 208s and 280, Walther OSP, OSP 2000, GSP .22 and .32, Unique DES 69, IGI Domino short and my Matchgun MG2e from my competition phase.
Any information on standards or where I could get original parts would be gratefully received.
