Currently I am very good with my rifle and I want to take it a step further and start doing competitions. I want to do mainly rimfire competitions since that is what they use in the Olympics, any idea where I should start? (I live in California if that helps).

Joaquin - great that you are going to work for your dreams!
If you can shoot 3P-Air if you can find matches in your area ... hopefully thru your high school if they have a program. 3P air is a great intro into the 3-P smallbore that is fired in the Olympics.
3P-Air is a 3x20 match in the prone, standing and kneeling positions while the 3P-Smallbore is double the number of shots (3x40) with the positions in a different order (Kneeling, Prone & Standing).
What area of California are you from ... some areas are much more conducive to training and matches than others.
Do you have any airgun experience ... only reason I ask is that it is cheaper and ranges are easier to set up (even in your garage or basement) to do a bulk of training.
Let this group of folks know as much about you as you feel like sharing and we can try and direct you to a program and coach in your area.

I need your age and location. I live in NorCal and help run the local junior club. My own club also has a junior program. I should be able to hook you up with a club which participates in competition. For my club, I have been a member for close to 7 years, and I have yet to see if the junior club participates, or host, a competition. We only run high power 200 yards competition. Notice that thanks to the plague, everything such as business hours or even whether the range is open or close, is not 100% guaranteed.
If you are underage, you can join mine.
