Hämmerli SP-20 Front Sight

Greetings,

Quiz for the Hämmerli SP-20 Owner's.

My front sight measures 9.30mm from top to bottom. (Sight removed from shroud.)

Did Hämmerli offer optional front sights? I could not see one in the parts list.

I would like one that is taller.

Since Hämmerli is now a "collectable" factory service is gone.

]My manual shows several under piece # 137 Foresight.

Sorry, no extra front sights came with the SP-20, but isn't the front sight adjustable up-and-down anyway? I know you can rotate it to get different widths ; the beauty of triangular front sights.

If you can't get a higher front sight you might like to do the following.
Get a piece of thin metal and cut it to the same width as the sight but a bit higher and fix it to the sight with super glue. Spray it with sight black and you're good to go.

Extra height sights were available both 1mm and 2mm taller.
