Who makes the plastic/nylon insert for a standard pellet tin that eliminates the square inside corner? It contours the bottom much like the MEC Puck.

I have seen them advertised, but now that I want to buy one, I cant find it.

I don't see them on our sponsor Pilkguns but know both CSS and BFTC carry them.

I find the small piece of foam in JSB pellet tins (H&N too?) works great for free.

Bob,
What I am looking for is an insert that goes in factory pellet tin that has a radius bottom like the puck

seems to have one included with another product, but the website does not list it as separately available

On further inspection it looks like the insert is something that might be able to be cut out of a gallon milk/water jug. May take a little trial and error. If someone figures it out it would be nice for them to post a template here.

That looks like a good part to have 3d printed.

Gee, do you think the lid from the pellet tin might work? Just run a pencil around the outside, cut on the line, and it would be oversize enough to give you the conformation you so devoutly desire.

What about putting a generous bead of RTV or similar adhesive or sealant around the ring's inner edge and then forming it into a generous radius of your choosing?

I found the item I was looking for.

Anschutz Wok

The problem is that it cost $9 with $39 shipping to the US. :(

I have found a solution by using the bottom of a soda can.

Hello-

We stumbled upon this by accident.

Here is just a tin baffle, two sizes-
https://www.silentthunderordnance.com/s ... let-baffle

This is sort of like the MEC puck (but comes in different sizes, based on pellet size)-
https://www.silentthunderordnance.com/air/pellet-caddie

MEC puck-
https://oberleenterprises.com/product/mec-air-puck/

We generally just use the pellet tin, and some tape. However, some might like this to prevent
the inevitable pellet dump inside a gun case; during travel.

I think the junior shooters would find the painted items to be fun.

Best regards,

You could use a magnetic base bolt and screw holder. It is weighted if the stand shelf is not metal. And has a nice radius for pulling pellets. Inexpensive and readily available at auto parts stores.
