I have a Hill MK4 hand pump that I want to use to fill Steyr pistol cylinders. Is it better to use a DIN adapter with 1/8” bspp threads at the base of the pump or a DIN adapter with male quick disconnect on the end of the hose?
Thanks, cj

Re: Hill MK4 pump with a DIN adapter
Personal anecdote, I would connect with the hose.
I ruin one pump with direct cylinder connect. I was pumping, inadvertently pressed cylinder down, all threads got threaded.
Much safer to connect via hose to give yourself some distance, just in case you trip over during your herculean, mad, pumping dash.
