How long can you stay in one place (the firing line) without moving?

i am finding that after ~10 shots the soles of my feet begin to go numb, and after 20 they are like on fire.
This with small movements like moving the toes or raising on the toes - also with all kinds of shoes (flip-flops, normal shoes, lifting special shoes)
The only way i find to "reset" this numbness is to walk a few paces....

Do you have other exercises that you do to prevent this?

Several of us have found that training by putting one foot on a bar rail helps. Also multiple 16 ounce curls are beneficial.

At least, that's what Sweet William has taught me.

I like to take a break after 30 shots. Sit relax, drink. Water, not Vodka like Rover.

If you are getting numb after just a few mins then you many have circulation problems, see a doctor.
