Anschutz 1827F in USA Shooting 3 Position

I had a parent ask me about using a Anschutz 1827F action with an aluminum block to convert it to a single loader to be used in USA Shooting 3 Position matches. I have not heard of this configuration before in smallbore matches and was curious if it was legal. This is theoretical so I am unsure of what stock would be used.
