Question re: Centra Score Crystal & Gehmann LUX foresights

I'm contemplating a new foresight for my Anschutz. Does anybody have any experience with either the Centra Score Crystal or Gehmann LUX designs? Both are being advertised as having improved contrast of the front sight due to the translucent tunnel body. Can anybody confirm that this concept actually works? I'm a prone shooter and compete on both indoor and outdoor ranges - 50 ft and 50/100 yd in varied lighting conditions. Any feedback greatly appreciated!
