Getting back into Air Pistol...setting up range and want to confirm that the center of 10 meter bullseye is 4’-6” from floor..
Please let me know if this is correct!
Thank you,
Ted P

Under ISSF rules the centre of the target is 1.4m +/-0.05m above the level of the firing point floor.
If the floor at the target line is at the same height as the floor at the firing point then it's easy.
(1.4m is approximately 55". 0.05m is approximately 2")

+1 what David said.
I have my old pellet trap/target holder that I got from Don Nygord, mounted to a PA stand that I got at a lawn sale for $5. Totally stable, foldable tripod base that is infinitely height adjustable.

If you have less than 10m you can calculate the height and size of the target with this calculator :

Thank you gentlemen! The 4’-7” seems correct for 10 meters.
