Creedmoore kneeling roll

CMP, NRA, and ISSF rules all say that a kneeling roll has to be under 18cm/7inches in diameter. All of the Creedmoore Sports rolls are 7.5 inches in diameter, but they are featured on websites, posters, and literature for competitive kneeling. Am I missing something here?
