10m rifle that can be scoped for indoor practice

Post by gregw72 »

I am a smallbore silhouette shooter looking for a pellet rifle that I can use for off hand practice in the basement. My current 22LR is an Anschutz 1712 and weighs 8.5lbs scoped. I am looking for a PCP that when scoped is no more than 8.5 lbs but is 10m accurate. I currently have a Marauder in 177 but the thing is not accurate enough for me to be able to call my shots. I am a medium build male that is 5'-10". Was looking at the Air Arms S400 MPR, but am all ears to what you suggest. Thanks!

I have a Steyr 91 match air rifle to practice silhouette indoors that I do not shoot any more. It is accurate and its trigger is equal to your Anschutz 1712 trigger. I can send pictures if interested.

A Daystate huntsman regal xl will be something good to consider. I shoot a 1712 when I shot silhouettes and think the Brocock will be a great rifle to practice with. stock is comparable. I bought a Air Arms 400 years ago and still have it but like the huntsman more. Check them out.
