Loose Front Sight - FWB 300S

I recently purchased an FWB 300S from Jim E (Unfortunately I mistakenly deleted his phone number. If anyone has it I'd appreciate it.). The piece that the front sight is a affixed to is slightly loose, wiggles slightly. How is it tightened? The rifle shoots very well, 10 shots offhand in one ragged hole under a dime at 33'. Sorry that's the best I can do folks. I need more practice. Thanks, Tom

The fore sight on the 300S is fixed to the barrel by a tapered cotter pin, with a small hammer just gently tap the thick end of the pin until the wobble disappears.
