I recently picked up a Morini 84E and will be shooting primarily on B11 Targets (50ft reduction of 50m target) at 50 Ft. I wanted to know what sight blade would be the best for shooting at 50 ft. Pilkguns has front sight blades which are 4.0 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6.0 mm . Which would people recommend for the shooting at this distance. Thanks.

Those measurements are for the front sight width, not the height.

I shoot a mechanical trigger model Morini, but I believe there is plenty of elevation adjustment in the rear sight to shoot 50 ft vs 33.

if they are scaled correctly, you use the same one as for 50 meters. I'm not familiar with B11 targets.
The black 7 ring is 20cm, so on 50 feet it should be around 6cm, or a little over 2 inches.

I don't think you need to do anything to the sight
The B11 target is supposed to give you the same perspective as if you were using the real target at 50 metre
The B11 is the one I use

I shoot free pistol at 50 yards and 50 feet. Never worried about changing my front sight. The scaled target is close enough to the same visual width that any difference is negligible. I have a scaled target for 10 meters that i use with an electronic trainer in my basement, and again, no issues.
