What PC?

When setting up Scatt USB, is windows 10 ok?
Also, when all then updates are available online, do I really have to use the CD for installation?

No Problem with Windows 10
Download the SCATT program, no need for CD

Yep. no problem with Window 10, just make sure you download the most recent driver and program version from
http://www.scatt.com rather than the one on the CD, as that is almost certainly not the current one.
