Stovepipe in Baikal IZH 35M

My IZH 35M jams, stovepipes and shortstrokes, It seems like it shortstrokes but i doubt it.

Just because your bore is clean doesn't mean the chamber is. What happens if you drop a loaded round vertically into the chamber? If it doesn't drop in 95% of the way, you should get a new or slightly oversized (.25 caliber) brush just to keep the chamber clean.
You also don't say what you do to lubricate it. Unless you know it needs/tolerates it, avoid grease.
Has this pistol always had a problem, or is this new?
A lot of issues like this are caused by magazines. Have they been dropped? Have they been cleaned & oiled?
Which round(s) mess up? The main thing that knows how many rounds are fired is the magazine, so if it screws up only on specific shots, the magazines are suspect.
Lots of possibilities. The pistol should work well with standard velocity, but there is huge variation in the recoil of different standard velocity rounds. Which ones have you tried?
If it stovepipes, either the slide isn't coming back fast enough for positive ejection (dirt?, lubrication? burrs?), the extractor isn't working reliably (clean & oil it), or the ejector is damaged or has been messed with (unlikely).
