Has anyone read this book and is it helpful to a new shooter/parent coach

Coaching Young Rifle Shooters BY GARY ANDERSON

I don't know that book but I can't really recommend Ways of the Rifle published by MEC enough. Probably the current bible for both positional smallbore rifle shooting as well as air rifle. The writing team for this book are all top level Olympic coaches/shooters.
