The LP300 club is a older model with a different frame, valve and trigger assy.
The LP400 is the latest model.

It does not even appear on the Walther website.
From the photos on Buinger Shooting it looks like it has a plastic grip and on the rear sight it has adjustment knobs. The rear sights are likely to be from the Hammerli AP20 which are plastic sights not the machined as on the LP400.
As it looks like there is only one grip size for the Club and the different sights I would pay the extra 200 euro for the LP400.
But that is a bit bias as I have an LP400 carbon.

From the photograph they appear to be the same ones as found on the AP20. They can be reconfigured for left handed shooters by switching a few parts around. Although probably not perfect for any one individual, it will fit many hands quite well, so as a club gun it is an amazingly practical and robust design which can be quickly set up for any shooter.

The LP400 Club is a "special release" only for the german market and there only for the so called "Target Shop dealers". These offers run only for a quarter of a year, then the next offer follows (of course some Target Shop dealers will have one or the other guns possibly longer). So officially the LP400 Club-offer is finished, the actual offer for the 4th quarter of 2013 is the LG400 Universal, a LG400 version with an ambidextrous stock and less equipment.

The differences between the normal LP400 and the LP400 Club were/are:
- plastic universal grip from Hämmerli AP20 instead of the wooden grip
- rear sight not adjustable in the depth of the "cutting", only in width
- no voucher for free exchange of the tank after 10 years

This statement is incorrect; the rear sight on the Hammerli AP20 is machined alloy and very high quality, definitely NOT plastic!

The only different between LP 400 vs Lp 400 Club is the grip.
LP 400 equipped with 5D grip while LP 400 Club has 3D grip.
