TAU-7 Fill Adapter

One of the guys in the club has come by a second hand TAU7. He's been filling from the 125g grey CO2 bottle but now the bottle is empty and there doesn't seem to be an adapter in the box to refill it.
Can anyone tell me where he might be able to pick up a refill adapter? Ideally he'd like to refill from a fire extinguisher.
