Anybody know how to import a small bore rifle from individual in the UK to a gun shop in the Usa and how much it would cost.

The seller in the UK would need to obtain an export license from the Department of Trade and Industry.

It may be easier to find an Registered Firearms Dealer in the UK who already ships to the US, and ask them to add the rifle to their next delivery.
