Hello
I want to buy a small bore rifle mainly for prone but also for 3P.
I was going through options about what stock to get for it.
But could not get much. There is HPS, G&E, Bleiker, Walther, Anschutz and more.
Could anyone please help me out and give me some idea as to which one would be better and why.

This is very difficult to answer, as the choice of a particular stock is highly depended on individual preference and taste. Comfort. feel, and fit ar ethe main criteria; some folks are very particular, others less so, or not at all. You will only get impressions here, and to make a truly informed decision it's best to shoot with, or at least handle, your shortlist.
That said all the stocks you have listed are well known, and have been used successfully. All are highly adjustble, some more so. I persoanlly like the HPS, but know shooters who bought one and did not like it. The G&E RSIII is probably the most advanced.
What action are you chosing? This may have a bearing; for instance the HPS won't take a FWB action, and the Walther Anatomic won't take an Anschutz 2013.

Basically I wanted to get some idea about the rifles and stocks. Like G&E is a good stock but I don’t like too many moving parts in the loading ramp. Walther stock the butt plate or hook cannot be tilted down for prone, like Anschutz.
The rifle I was thinking about is 1907.

Correction: the G+E stock doesn't have a loading ramp--that's a part of the Racer smallbore action, which is one of the actions compatible with the stock.SJung wrote:...Like G&E is a good stock but I don’t like too many moving parts in the loading ramp...
The adjustability of the Revolution III stock was for a time eclipsed by the Anschuetz Precise. But with the release of the Black II cheekpiece, it's once again on top.
The one unique advantage of the G+E stock is the number of actions it supports right out of the box, without modifications: 2013, 1913, Bleiker Challenger, G+E Racer, G+E ST200 (centerfire), G+E FT300 (centerfire).
You could, for example, start off with a 2013 action and then drop in a Bleiker or Racer later.
But, as Tim mentioned, there are lots of good stocks out there.
(Note: The original Revolution III stock required some modifications to accept the Bleiker action. The newly manufactured stocks now officially support Bleikers.)
