Target height from ground 50yrd smallbore 3p

Hey guys I am starting back up again in NRA 3p smallbore. I have to practice @ an indoor range with an overhead carrier. I want to make a hanger to position the target the correct height off the ground. Any help you guys can give would be appreciated.

ISSF 50m Target height to centre of the target is 0.75 m +- 0.5 m. The difference between yards and meters would probably not be worth worrying about. So the highest legal height for ISSF is 1.25 m or about 4 feet.

Thanks Alan, I think that is pretty close to what I remember.
