Anyone knows if this shallower fore-end is custom made ? Or is it available as an after-market accessory somewhere ?

I'm not sure what block is featured in the picture, however, I do know of where to find a similar product. Check out the block made by Michael Klein at shooting equipment. He has some other cool blocks as well that feature a wide array of adjustment possibilities.
