Starting a 50m prone shooting program in JAMAICA

Hey, I'm fairly new to Small Bore Rifle shooting and I seeking some help. I would like an outline and some training programs if possible to help me develop a program to get myself and other persons in Jamaica shooting at the competitive level.
I am also seeking a company who would be able to sell ammunition to my club in Jamaica. want to start with 5000 Eley match and 5000 eley club. I am really open to suggestions and advice on all fronts.
