I haven't seen a method that really gets it right, so....

If you have a big hand order large, otherwise a medium will probably work. Get out the putty and the Dremel because the damn thing isn't going to fit right anyway. There is too much variation between manufacturers to lock it it in.

Go to matchguns.com - "grips", print out the pdf, and measure "M2". That's the way most companies size their grips. Now compare the measurements to the way your manufacturer sizes its grips, they sometimes differ - one's Xl might be anothers L . But if you know your value for "M2", you should be able to find out the right size from any other manufacturer, as most of them have it on their page. Thats the start, for a really fitting grip, get a dremel and some putty.

You can also try maennel.at, formgriffe.de or nill- griffe.com as they offer about the same pdf/advice.
