Finding competition

I live in southern Oregon, Medford. There is no competition around here for air pistol or free pistol; the nearest weekly competitions are 3-4 hours away! I have been away from the sport for more than 20 years, shot with Don Nygord and friends way back when. Do postal matches still exist, and if so, how can I find them?

I wanted to let all of you folks know that I manage a twice yearly air gun postal league for rifle/pistol that is open to anyone, anywhere at any skill level. The winter series has just gotten under way, but people could still enter but they would need to get some scores in soon. If any of you are interested in more info, I will need a name and mailing address to get the flyer to you with an entry form. I do not have anything online. Don't trust these machines all that much. Hope to hear from some of you. Don in Oregon at

I participated in those events and can suggest anyone to take advantage to join and get your USAS National Ranking current.
