Hello Gang, I have a Thomas Turning Target set-up that will not turn with a full Charge on a 12 Volt Battery. Anybody out there have any experence with this turning Target set-up?

Check your ground connection.

Hello and thanks for the Reply, One of the first things I did was to check the Ground, Looks Ok!!
