IZH 46 - how to replace O rings

Dear friends,

There is a velocity problem in my Baikal 46M.
I tried in the you tube but I couldn't find a helping clip to replace the O ring.
could you please advise me how to replace the O ring.

One additional tip I learned from the Yale University pistol coach: The main seals are very stiff, and difficult to get off & on the piston. Heating them gently is supposed to make the process much easier. I haven't had a chance to try this yet, but I'm assuming a blow dryer would work well.
