redfield sight to 11mm dovetail adaptor?

If anyone knows or has a lead on one please let me know. I know Neal Johnson made them as I saw one today. I'd like to use my Redfield mount sights on my Anschutz.

Chad,
I use them on my Anschutz 54's. Both champion shooter and champions choice have them. If you are looking for a riser also I have one that fits in the 11mm dovetail and act as a scope mount in the front and a riser in the rear.
