Please tel me is Walther CP99 is allowed in ISSF,
if yes then which model is allowed in ISSF.

No - it is not compliant. It uses hard BB's rather than soft lead pellets. Hard BB's are prohibited under ISSF rules. That aside, as has been mentioned, even if it did take pellets, it would not be a competitive air pistol. It is made for fun, not for ISSF target shooting.

There are several models in the range that take .177 pellets.
Even those though are totally unsuitable for ISSF competition.

in 4.5 mm (.177") calibre and without the optional laser, etc. the CP99 would meet the ISSF regulations,
BUT:
- would be a problem (
!) loading one pellet at a time
- at a
max 360fps could tend to tear a lot of targets rather than punch a neat scorable hole
- nobody has published 10m grouping (that I can find) so it must be pretty bad
- unlikely to have a usable trigger for ISSF competition
- sights adjustable for windage only
- is advertised as "plinking/Fun" and would proably be laughed out of any ISSF competition (even in the black version) - not a good situation for the shooter.

It's not all that bad. I had a play with one (shooting .177 target pellets) and got some decent groupings at 10m, outdoors no less, so indoors out the wind (and in the hands of a non-useless pistol shooter!) they would presumably tighten up a bit.
Nevertheless, they're not in the same league as a dedicated target pistol. It's a shorter and lighter barrel, the CO2 caplets may or may not go the distance in a 60-shot match (most likely not), and loading individual pellets would be a complete PITA as its designed to be mag-fed.
They're great fun for plinking though :D
