Grips/ sights

Would target front sights and u rear sight, be a better then the Hi vis front and v shaped rears, I think so and rubber grips with finger grooves and thumb rest also help??????? I have a MKIII, thanks

Absolutely yes to your first question. Maybe, on your second.
Grip fit is a very individual thing. Grip fit is MUCH more pursued in Olympic style pistol than Bullseye, and is considered critical to accuracy.
Do a search in Olympic Pistol and you'll find a lot of info on grip fitting.
