TOZ 35 Side Cock Modification

Does anyone know of the name of a US gunsmith that can modify a TOZ 35m, so it will properly function as a side cock rather than a bottom of grip cock.
I know several of you have performed this modification on your own TOZ 35, but are there any professional gunsmiths performing this task?
