Hey ever body,
Glad I stumbled up on this sight, seems there is a lot of people here that know what there talking about. I have traded guns for nearly 40yrs but I know nothing about Olympic class pistols.I just bought a large collection of estate guns. Some of the pistols have stickers on the stocks that say Championship try outs.I was told this gentleman qualified for the Olympics back in the 80's.The one I need some help on is the F.Greene. Thanks in advance.

Greene Pistol
Greetings,
Frank Greene of the Air Force designed and built the "Greene Gun". They are more of a collector piece now. I do not think many shoot them in competition currently.
Folks like Arnie Vitarbo and Hershel Anderson shot the Greene Gun and did very well with them.
Cheers,
Dave
