recoil absorber Pardini FPM

hello
i have just shot 3000 rounds with my Pardini FPM without cleaning the recoil absorber.
today i took it apart and cleaned it properly. on the inside it was alot of really hard lead and powderdust.
how much will this influence the precision in the gun?
in the instructionmanual it says that it must be cleaned every 200 shot. (i did not read that until resently;)) more of a shooter than a reader..
how often do you clean your freepistols?
